Breadsticks

Bread dough: 
Allow 1 tbsp yeast and 2 tbsp sugar to rise in 1 1/4 cups hot water.  After 10 min add: 2 tbsp oil and 3 cups flour and mix.  Roll dough onto greased cookie sheet and slice.  Allow to rise for up to 1 hour then spread topping on and bake at 350 for 30 min.

Topping:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp parsley 
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Lasagna

400 grams mozzarella grated
500 grams ricotta
12 boiled lasagna noodles
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley 

Sauce:
2 500ml cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp sugar 
1-2 lbs ground meat
OR MAKE YOUR FAVORITE RED SAUCE

Cook sauce and boil noodles.
Mix ricotta with parsley and Parmesan.
Layer in a 9 by 13 pan:
Sauce
4 noodles
Ricotta
Mozzarella 
And repeat
On the last set of noodles pour sauce (the more the better to prevent it from being dry)
Top with mozzarella 

Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400 for 45min-1 hour

Vietnamese Meatballs

 
Meatballs:
1 lb ground meat
2 tbsp onion powder or 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp garlic powder or 4 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chili paste ( Thai if possible) optional
1 egg

Cook meat balls in hot canola oil on a frying pan.

Dipping sauce:
This sauce has a strong taste
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp chili paste

Mix well.

Serve meatballs on white rice with sauce on top or with the sauce as a dip.

Black Bean Quesadilla

Mix:
2 cups cooked rice (brown)
1 cup feta 
I can (500ml) black beans
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
Hot sauce to taste

-8 tortillas
-1 cup grated cheese (any kind)

I cook the quesadillas on my pancake griddle.  Sprinkle some cheese on each side with the filling in the middle and cook 2 min per side.

Bench Press Bell Peppers

 6 large peppers
1 lb cooked ground meat
1 tsp mint leaves 
3-4 cups cooked brown rice
3 large eggs
1 tsp garlic salt 
100 grams crumbled feta

Cook rice and ground meat.  I make this when I have left over rice.  Cut the stems out of the peppers and Slice them in half from top to bottom.  Place peppers in a pan.  Mix remaining ingredients together then put filling in the peppers. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

  I like making this in the crockpot.  I added peas this time but my family prefers it just Chicken.  I cooked it on low for 4 hours.

Chili



I use a can of chickpeas as well and sometimes 1-2 sausages and sometimes some frozen corn.
