Peppered jerky

4 cloves garlic minced
4 tsp onion powder
1-2 cups water watch for runniness
1 tsp beef bouillon 
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)



I marinate it 48 hours and usually put it in the smoker but today we dehydrated it in the ovens using the 2 lower racks at 180 for 3 hours.
