Lasagna

400 grams mozzarella grated

Ricotta mixture
500 grams ricotta
12 boiled lasagna noodles
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley 
1 egg

Sauce:
2 500ml cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp sugar 
1-2 lbs ground meat
OR MAKE YOUR FAVORITE RED SAUCE

Cook sauce and boil noodles.
Mix ricotta with parsley and Parmesan.
Layer in a 9 by 13 pan:
Sauce
4 noodles
Ricotta
Mozzarella 
And repeat
On the last set of noodles pour sauce (the more the better to prevent it from being dry)
Top with mozzarella 

Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400 for 45min-1 hour
