Sour dough artisan loaf


In the evening mix the following for 10 minutes:
1/2 cup starter
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tsp salt
4 cups flour

Place in a greased bowl and cover with Saran Wrap over night. 

In the morning remove and shape into a circle on a floured surface.  Place in a Dutch oven and refrigerate until ready to bake.  

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes with the lid on then bake for 30 minutes with the lid off.
