Peppered jerky

4 cloves garlic minced

4 tsp onion powder

1-2 cups water watch for runniness

1 tsp beef bouillon 

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp black pepper

2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)

I marinate it 48 hours and usually put it in the smoker but today we dehydrated it in the ovens using the 2 lower racks at 180 for 3 hours.

Asian drumsticks

Ingredients:

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup rice vinegar

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

10 cloves of minced garlic

1-2 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

1 tsp red pepper flakes

16-20 drumsticks

Preheat the oven to 375

Over medium heat whisk the corn starch and sesame oil then stir in other ingredients. Simmer until it thickens. 

Bake drumsticks for 45 minutes at 375.
