Ingredients:
3 cups cooked brown rice
1 can black beans
1 can corn
350 ml tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
Ground chicken optional
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
3 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder or 1 onion chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp hot pepper flakes or 1 can chilis
6 peppers
1/2 cup grated cheese
Mix ingredients in a frying pan and heat then spoon into halves of peppers in any color. This recipe will fill about 6 peppers. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
