Manicotti crepes




10 crepes from the crepe recipe:
2 cups flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
Pinch of salt

Mixture to cook for the insides:
1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
1 chopped onion or 2 tbsp onion powder
1 clove garlic
1 lb ground meat
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parmasean 
Cook all the above ingredients together.  Add parmasean last.

Top with the following white sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup parmasean 

I make the white sauce in the pan I cooked the meat in.  Melt the butter first.  I shake the milk and flour together in a shaker then pour it in the pan and add the remaining ingredients. 

Place meat in crepes and wrap.  Place in a greased 9 by 13 pan. Pour white sauce on top then bake at 350 for 20 min.
