Nonna’s holiday potato’s

Boil 12 potatoes til cooked

Let potatoes cool then peel with a knife and cube.
Mix potatoes with 4 tbsp or more olive oil. 
Add 2 tbsp parsley and 4 minced garlic cloves.  Serve cool. 

Crockpot Lambchops

12 frozen lambchops
2 tbsp garlic
1 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp parsley 

Cook in the crockpot on low for 6 hours
