Beef dip

4 lbs roast

2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp rosemary

3 bay leaves optional

900 ml beef broth 

3 cups water 

1 cup soy sauce 

In our instant pot do 4 hours on normal then check it so it’s not overdone.
