Corn bread

1 1/2 cup cornmeal
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 jalapeño chopped ( I like to buy them jarred)
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil (corn, olive, or canola)
1 cup sour cream
1 can (8 oz) cream corn

Mix, pour in 9 by 13 pan and cook at 400 for 30 min
